Cookie Policy
Last updated: 13 October 2026
Cookies are small files saved on your device when you visit a website. Some are essential, others help us understand how our websites are used and whether our adverts work.
Strictly necessary – always on
These make the site work: remembering your cookie choices, keeping forms working and keeping the site secure. They don't need your consent.
Analytics – only with your consent
These tell us how visitors use our websites, such as which pages are visited, so we can improve them. Provider: Google Analytics.
Until you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics isn't set up and nothing is sent to it. If you accept, we record page visits, which advert or campaign brought you (for example utm_source or a Google click ID), and whether the preview form was started, which step was completed, whether an error happened (only its type) and whether a request was sent. We never send your name, business name, email, phone number, anything you type, or advert references from other platforms to Google Analytics. Cookies: _ga and _ga_* (up to 2 years). Turning analytics off stops it immediately and removes these cookies.
Advertising – only with your consent
These tell us when someone who clicked one of our Google adverts goes on to make an enquiry, and may let Google show you our adverts on other sites. Provider: Google Ads.
Until you accept advertising cookies, our Google tag doesn't load and nothing is sent to Google Ads. If you accept, Google Ads can record when someone who clicked one of our adverts sends us an enquiry. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.
ChatGPT ads measurement – only with your consent
This is a separate choice. If you turn it on, OpenAI's Measurement Pixel loads and can record when someone who clicked one of our adverts in ChatGPT asks us for a preview. It sets two first-party cookies: __oppref (the advert reference, 30 days) and __obref (a random browser reference, 365 days). When you send the form, we also pass the advert reference and the page address (without any form details) to OpenAI from our server so the enquiry is counted once. Provider: OpenAI. Until you turn it on, nothing loads and nothing is sent; turning it off later removes both cookies.
Your choices
You can accept or reject optional cookies when you first visit, and change your mind at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page. You can also block cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly.
We keep your cookie choice for 6 months, then ask again.
